As one of the vocal proponents of inclusion & diversity, Yessie demonstrates various works in improving opportunities, competencies, and contribution of Indonesian women by promoting gender equality and bringing forth women leadership in the digital & technology sector. She helped launch Sisternet in 2015, a nationwide program that focuses on increasing the ability of Indonesian women in this digital age.

Rina is a businesswoman and leader who is passionate about putting small and medium enterprises as key drivers of economic growth. Besides owning several companies, Rina actively trains and mentors small and medium enterprises to ensure they could reach their maximum capacity and bring about not only economic but also social changes. You might see her speaking in numerous national and international conferences voice Indonesian women`s economic empowerment, sustainability, and leadership.
Eko Novi Ariyanti
Government Representative
Working more that 17 years focusing in gender equality, Eko`s persistence in strengthening women`s leadership is unquestionable. She previously held several position in the government that promotes gender equality such as Director of Gender Equality in Economy, Director for Gender Mainstreaming in Agriculture, Forestry, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries and Deputy Secretary for Child Development.
